Babylon Kids: Money Quest (“the app”) teaches children aged 7–13 to handle money. Data controller: Individual Entrepreneur Almaz Basimov, identification number 345838285, registered on 30 April 2026 with the National Agency of Public Registry of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. For kids, in short

We know your name or nickname (your parent typed it), which lessons you finished, your answers and your coins. We don’t ask for your phone number, email, photo, voice or where you are. Nobody can message you in the app, and there are no ads. We also keep what you type in tasks and goal names — don’t write your surname, address, phone, school or other secrets there. Your parent can see your coins, jars, goals, lessons and what you wrote, and can delete it at any time. If something worries you, tell your parent.

Who uses the app

Only an adult (a parent or legal guardian) can create an account. Before adding a child, the parent reads this policy and gives consent; we record the date and the policy version. A child signs in with a one-time code the parent gives them and never enters an email or phone number.

Legal bases (EU/UK)

The family account and the child’s learning data — performance of our service at the parent’s request and the parent’s consent given for the child; purchase records — performance of the contract and legal (tax) obligations; the server log — our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Who else handles the data

We don’t sell personal data. Data is stored with the hosting provider REG.RU (Moscow, Russia). Purchases are processed by Apple; we only receive the transaction details listed above. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.

What we don’t do

Where and how long

Data is stored on a server in Russia (Moscow, hosting provider REG.RU) and transmitted only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Daily backups are kept for about 8 days, weekly backups for up to 5 weeks. Data is kept while the account exists; after an account or a child is deleted, the data is deleted at once and disappears from backups within 5 weeks.

Parent’s rights

These rights belong to the child; the parent exercises them on the child’s behalf. We reply without undue delay, usually within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes; access to the server is limited to the operator by key; backups are made every day. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Changes

We will announce material changes in the app and ask the parent to agree to the new version.
